Self-centering chucks with fine adjustment Ø=125 mm

Centre mount, two-piece jaws - STEEL

Suitable for the production of parts requiring top concentricity.It is for universal use, however particularly advantageous for grinding machines, indexing heads and lathes:

adjusting accuracy within 0,005 mm
repeatability 0,015 mm
hardened adjusting spindles

The clamped workpiece is adjusted to the required concentricity by means of 3 tangentially arranged adjusting spindles.
Incl. 1 set each of hardened base jaws and reversible top jaws, key, fixing screws.
