with mechanical power amplifier, for medium to heavy machining
- Machine vice for medium to heavy duty machining on your CNC machines. Compact design with maximum clamping range.
- The patented MULTI-POWER-SYSTEM made of high quality steel doubles the clamping force. The vice thus achieves a maximum clamping force of 4000 kg, whereby the patented system ensures a repeatability of the clamping force.
- The guide rails are hardened to HRC 50.
- The clamping body of the vice is made of cast steel GGG50 to ensure maximum precision and service life. The body is made of one piece.
- Thanks to the ANGLE-LOCK-SYSTEM, workpieces are held down during clamping and precisely tensioned.
- The respective required clamping force can be adjusted by means of a ring and thus allows a repeatability of the desired clamping force.
- The vise can be used horizontally, vertically and laterally.
