safety guard for big chuchs equipped with alu/steel-framed shield. Protects the operator from direct contact
with the upper part of the chuck and from lubricant-coolant projection.
The strong support structure (1), fully "X-Y" adjustable, allows easy anchoring on the rear or even front side of the machine.
Equipped with semicircular shield, divided into 2 sections to allow opening of only front side (6) or total opening,
Complete with double safety microswitch
- anchorage and support structure of the shield, adjustable in the X -Y axes
- protection shield with opening possibility in 2 sections with safety microswitch
- Safety microswitch
- Adjustable structure to support the shield on the lathe head
- Shield made of aluminium sheet and profiles, completely overturnable on the back or lockable through a special system of its rotation axes.
- Front section of the shield designed for frequent openings during working operations.
